High Five is a recurring exhibition format at Gallery Lab of the Hotel Continental — Art Space in Exile. Each edition takes the room for five intense days — from opening to finissage — and hands it over to artists currently living in exile in Berlin.
The format favours risk and immediacy over the slow rhythm of a museum show. The result is closer to a studio visit than a polished retrospective: raw, present, finite. Each edition stands on its own, with its own subdomain, its own poster, its own constellation of voices.
